Deliveries shall be F.O.B Destination.
Responders shall furnish any requested information within three (3) working days after notification from the purchasing agent.
Any manufacturers’ names, trade names, brand names, or catalog numbers used in the specification are for establishing and describing general performance and quality levels. The references are not intended to be restrictive, and bids are invited on these and comparable brands or products of any manufacturer. Responders must include alternate brand specifications for purposes of comparison to approved brands based on the same or higher level of performance.
Groups 1-5 award will be made for any one group or combination of groups. All items within a group must be bid to be considered for a group award. Groups 1-3 will allow alternative brands. Groups 4 & 5 no substitutions will be allowed on these groups. Pre-bid substitution form is attached under the Attachments Tab and must be sent in by February 22, 2024 at 1:00 PM for consideration.
Lines 6-9 will be awarded by line item. Lines 6 & 7 will allow for alternative brands. Lines 8 & 9 no substitutions will be allowed on these lines.

The Contractor will be awarded a one (1) year contract with an option to renew for five(5) additional years in twelve (12) month increments.
Contract to start April 1, 2024-March 31, 2025.
Quantities listed are estimates only. Actual purchases may vary considerably based on actual needs throughout the contract period.
