Overview: Contractor to furnish and install new lapped seam metal paneled roof. Remove existing asphalt shingles and replace with new metal roof. Include bid unit price for replacement of roof sheeting and underlayment. Color to be selected from standard color options. Install per manufacturers recommendations for a complete, watertight installation. See attached Scope of Work and Specification for full details.

Estimated Start Date: Upon contract award, once notice to proceed email has been received. Coordination of project start date to be determined with Project Manager upon award.
Estimated Completion Date: June 1, 2023
This is project is exempt from state sales tax.
Until the contract is awarded the sole point of contact for this project is Tiffany Stupp (see bid contact information). Any and all questions related to this project included during a site visit are to be submitted to Tiffany Stupp in writing preferably through the ION wave Bid system.
