It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule.
Contract Award
The Contractor will be awarded a fourteen (14) month contract with an option to renew for four (4) additional years in twelve (12) month increments.
Contract Start Date: May 1, 2023
Contract End Date: June 30, 2024
Contract Quantities
Quantities listed shall be for the initial purchase. Future purchase quantities are unknown and may vary considerably based on actual needs throughout the contract.
Purchase Orders
Purchase orders will be issued for items as needed throughout the contract period.
