Ames DOT complex

DOT complex ONLY) in case of fire alarm, severe weather, and/or active shooter emergencies utilizing text and/or emails to employees. Software will be set up on DOT provided equipment, a required safety audit on software chosen will be performed. The notification system will be connecting to an existing Notifier system installed in 2015 – 2016. Responders should provide information about the system with details about how your product will meet the requirements and any of the optional topics listed below.

Requirements:

Text and email notifications to a selected group of users (up to 1000)

Ability to add and manage user contacts manually or via import from existing programs such as Excel

Boxed messages for fire alarm, active shooter and sever weather events. Messaging is not required to be specific to DOT.

Training on setting up users and how to use the system.

Maintenance and support of software, describe your maintenance process, for example, how are updates provided etc.
