As part of the Request for Proposal stage, qualified respondents will be asked to submit their proposed fees for the project. The City will select the CMR that submits the proposal that offers the best value based on the published selection criteria and on its ranking evaluation at the conclusion of the solicitation process.

4. Statements of Qualifications Due Before 11:00 AM July 11, 2023

• The names of CMRs submitting Statements of Qualifications will be publicly opened and read out loud at 11:00 AM

5. Issue Request for Proposal to qualified respondents August 1, 2023

6. Request for Proposals Due Before 11:00 AM August 22, 2023

7. Tentative Interview dates (+/- 2 hours) August 24, 2023

8. Proposals ranked in relation to the selection criteria listed in the RFP September 14, 2023

9. Tentative Contract Award by City Council October 23, 2023
