The City of Iowa City is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide consulting services for:
A Five-Year Consolidated Plan, an Equity Plan, and a
Regional Housing Needs Analysis,
Proposals must be submitted online via Ion Wave. Faxed, emailed and hard copies of proposals will not be accepted.
All questions and clarifications regarding this Request for Proposal will be accepted until February 21, 2024 at noon (CST) by submitting your questions through Ion Wave. All questions must be in writing in order to receive a response.
