No Contact Policy: After the date and time established for receipt of proposals by the City, any contact initiated by the proposer or by a City representative, other than the Purchasing Division representative listed herein, concerning this Request for Proposal is prohibited. Proposals must be submitted online via Ion Wave. Faxed, emailed and hard copies of proposals will not be accepted.
Questions: All questions and clarifications regarding this Request for Proposal will be accepted until April 10, 2024, 3:00 PM (CST) by submitting your questions through Ion Wave. All questions must be in writing in order to receive a response.
