The City of Iowa City's Equipment Division is requesting bids for the purchase and installation of two (2) Aluminum Drop-side body with hoist packages
to be used by the Streets Division per
the terms and conditions and minimum specifications described herein. The City will furnish the cab and chassis trucks (2024 Ford F-350 Regular Cab 4x4 60" CA DRW) and the vendor will be responsible for supplying and mounting the drop-side body with hoist packages. Estimated cab and chassis build timeframe is end of March 2024.
No City Representative other than the contact listed under Bid Contact Information should be contacted regarding this Request for Bid. Any such unauthorized contact may cause the disqualification of the proposer from the procurement transaction.
No Contact Policy: After the date and time established for receipt of bids by the City, any contact initiated by the vendor or by a City representative, other than the Purchasing Division representative listed herein, concerning this Request for Bid is prohibited. Any such unauthorized contact may cause the disqualification of the vendor from the procurement transaction.
Questions: All questions and clarifications regarding this Request for Bid will be accepted until March 15, 2024 noon (CT) by submitting your questions through Ion Wave. All questions must be in writing in order to receive a response.
Bids must be submitted online via Ion Wave. Faxed, emailed and hard copies of bids will not be accepted.
