Description of Work:
Pavement repairs associated with water main breaks on various streets throughout Iowa City. Types of pavement include PCC, PCC with HMA overlay, and full depth HMA. Some locations will also require sidewalk, driveway, and/or curb and gutter repair.

Working Days per Location: Five (5)
Substantial Completion Date: October 6, 2023
Final Completion Date: November 17, 2023
Liquidated Damages: $500 per day
