The City of Iowa City is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to provide pricing for Tree and Stump Removal Services at several locations within the City of Iowa City.
No City Representative other than the contact listed under Bid Contact information should be contacted regarding this Request for Proposal. Any such unauthorized contact may cause the disqualification of the proposer from the procurement transaction.
No Contact Policy:
After the date and time established for receipt of bids by the City, any contact initiated by the vendor or by a City representative, other than the Purchasing Division representative listed herein, concerning this Request for Bid is prohibited. Any such unauthorized contact may cause the disqualification of the vendor from the procurement transaction.
Questions: All questions and clarifications regarding this Request for Proposal will be accepted until October 20, 2023 noon (CT) by submitting your questions through Ion Wave. All questions must be in writing in order to receive a response.
Proposals must be submitted online via Ion Wave. Faxed, emailed and hard copies of proposals will not be accepted.
