On behalf of the Animal Science Department, Iowa State University is requesting bids for High-Resolution Respirometry equipment to measure mitochondrial respiration in whole tissue samples such as muscle, liver, ovary, and other tissues as needed to support research objectives largely related to stress, toxicants, and pathology.
