Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) is soliciting bids on behalf of the Lab Animal Resources (LAR) team for two (2) cage washers to be used for cleaning and sanitation of cages, pens, bottles, and other items used in animal
husbandry.
LAR serves a number of departments across the University and plays an integral role in ISU's
Animal Care and Use Program by coordinating the animal facilities, housing, and management activities
.
One cage washer unit will be installed in the main College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM) building/Patterson Hall and the other unit will be installed in the nearby
Veterinary Medical Research Institute (VMRI) Building 40.
A Pre-Bid mandatory site visit will be held at 9:30 am (CST) on Thursday, October 12th, 2023.
ATTENDANCE AT THE PRE-BID MEETING/SITE VISIT IS REQUIRED.
Failure to attend or have representation at this meeting will result in the Supplier being ineligible to participate in the competitive bid process.
Suppliers should read all materials carefully and note the due date.
