The University of Iowa, Iowa State University, and The University of Northern Iowa, hereafter Universities, desire to obtain written proposals from qualified Suppliers to provide travel management services for Universities employees as described herein. All suppliers are cautioned to allow ample time for the submittal of RFP responses well before the due date time requirement.

Bids MUST be submitted electronically through the eBid system. Bids submitted by any other means will not be accepted.
