Description
Lake Wapello State Park is located in Davis County, Iowa. The park will receive a new office/shop and storage building as shown in the documents. The office/shop will have a garage/storage area which will have three (3) heated bays. The office will have one large open office space, one storage area, one restroom, mechanical room and a conference/breakroom. There will be a rock drive into the garage bays and a storage yard to the rear of the building. The public entry will have a large overhang with a decorative heavy timber truss in accordance with the Iowa State Parks design guide.
