Description
The Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship Weights and Measures Bureau will start inspecting and testing Commercial Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment Charging Stations. Testing equipment is needed for the purposes of measuring kilowatt output of these devices.
The system is intended to:
1. Connect to the variety of EV charger plugs in the marketplace.
2. Perform three sequential tests per plug for one minute per test.
3. Provide reliable and repeatable measurement in Kilowatts of the charger output.
4. Provide NIST traceability for the testing equipment.
