Description
Iowa DAS on behalf of Iowa DNR is seeking a Respondent to provide mitigation credits for Three Mile Lake Restoration. It is located in Kellerton, Iowa.
As a requirement of Special Conditions of permit CEMVR-RD-2021-1512 issued by the Army Corps of Engineers to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources (IDNR), the IDNR is required to complete the following:
Prior to the discharge of fill material into waters of the U.S., the IDNR shall purchase 1.74 emergent wetland credits and 0.38 acres of forested wetland credits (the credits available at the time permittee responsible mitigation (PRM) plan was approved) from a Corps approved mitigation bank
