Description
The Department of Public Defense is seeking to purchase the following for delivery to Camp Dodge - Johnston, Iowa. Quotes and questions must be sent to evan.schatz@iowa.gov and subject line should include "RFQ 190030734". Agency is not responsible for lost bids due to vendor not following submittal requirements. Bids due by 4:45 p.m. on September 24, 2021.
Specifications: Looking for a Slat based treadmill such as; the Woodway 4 Front. Any comparable or equivalent product should include the following:
-individual slat based system
-Elevation: 0-25%
-Voltage: 120v-20A USA
-Display Console must be capable of tracking in miles or kilometers
-Running Surface: 38-43 shore hardness some form of rubber
-Drive Motor: 2hp continuous with 5 hp peak
-User weight capacity: must be capable of holding 500lbs running and up to 800lb walking
-speed range: 0-15 MPH (.1mph increments)
-Warranty: a minimum of 2 year warranty included
