Description
The Product is defined as a non-core real assets equity strategy that is actively managed in a separately managed account and/or fund structure that makes investments in any of the following private real assets equity categories: real estate, farmland, timber and infrastructure.
Non-core real assets equity strategies encompass greater risk, through increased use of leverage, greater reliance on renovation or development and potentially a focus on secondary markets. In return for the greater risk, non-core real assets equity strategies should generate higher returns.
