Description
To provide a youth Restorative Diversion Program that will reduce referrals to Juvenile Court Services and assist in the reduction of law violations coming from schools located in Dubuque County. Preferred bids will demonstrate an understanding and a plan to address the following principals of restorative justice: acknowledge that relationships are central to building community; build systems that address misbehavior and harm in a way that strengthens relationships; focus on the harm done rather than rule-breaking; give voice to the victim(s); engage in collaborative problem solving and enhance responsibility.
