Description
The Iowa Department of Transportation is seeking bids for White Oak Stair Material Replacement at the Iowa Department of Transportation's White Oak Building located at 800 Lincoln Way, Ames, IA 50010. Scope: Remove existing vinyl material and nosing. Replace with new riser and tread vinyl materials specified below. Prepare surface after removal for new material per manufacturer’s specifications. Follow manufacturer instruction for installation. Glass stair railing and wood stringer to remain in place, take care not to damage as much as possible. Field verify all dimensions prior to installation. Submit product information prior to order of materials and provide samples for color selection. Installation to be done during regular working days and hours M – F 8:00 – 4:30.
