Project Description: The Public Improvement, upon which bids are requested, generally consists of extension of approximately 600' of new pavement, sidewalk, storm sewer, and water main; located at 4th Street SE east of 16th Avenue SE. The Engineer’s estimate of probable cost is $660,000.

Milestones: Milestone 1 (07/21/2023):

Complete both thru lanes, north curb, and grading of north shoulder (adjacent to NewBo Lofts site) to allow resident access to proposed driveway in SE corner of site. Work on offset parking areas, curb, grading and sidewalk on the south side of 4th Street SE may continue with appropriate traffic control provided.
