Description

N0001919G0031-N0001923F0310 was awarded as a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to Rockwell Collins Inc. for the procurement of spare parts for the Test Bench Nuclear Hardness equipment, which supports the E-6B mission systems. Rockwell Collins is a subsidiary of Collins Aerospace, which is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of services for the E-6B mission systems. The Government does not have complete technical data packages necessary to conduct competitions for this requirement and award to any other source would unduly delay the program missions and significantly reduce the operational effectiveness of this platform.
