The U.S. Department of Labor, Job Corps has a requirement for operating the Ottumwa Job Corps Center located at 15229 Truman Street, Ottumwa, Iowa, 52501.

The Contractor shall operate the aforementioned Job Corps Center, which includes providing academic, career technical, career success skills, and career development training, and related support services, for a PLANNED On Board Strength (OBS) total of 237 students consisting of 109 residential male students, 108 residential female students, 10 nonresidential male students, and 10 nonresidential female students.
The Contractor shall provide Outreach and Admissions services at a location(s) determined by the contractor to ensure the arrival of a minimum of 315 students into the Job Corps program annually for residential male and female students, and nonresidential male and female students. The Contractor shall undertake all measures and efforts necessary to ensure that the center attains and/or maintains an average monthly OBS equal to 100% of the center’s planned OBS.
The Contractor shall provide Career Transition Services for all graduates and former enrollees of the center, regardless of where the graduate or former enrollee resides or matriculates. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing CTS services for all graduates and former enrollees within their eligibility period that separated under the prior operator.
