This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to provide Wastewater, 1,4-Dioxane Remediation and Drinking Water Sampling and Analysis services for the USDA, National Centers for Animal Health (NCAH)in Ames, IA.
Services are to be in compliance with the Service Contract Wage Rate requirements for the Story County, IA.
This procurement is set aside for small businesses only. Other than Small Businesses will not be considered. Bidders must be registered with the Iowa Environmental Laboratory Certification Program. Potential bidders must be SAM- System for Award Management (formerly CCR, ORCA) registered.
It is the responsibility of interested parties to monitor this site for the solicitation and amendments, if any. All questions must be received in writing to Margaux Nenichka, Margaux.G.Nenichka@usda.gov by noon, Wednesday, December 14th EST. Questions via phone will not be addressed.
Quotes must be on company letterhead with an itemized list of services attached to the signed SF 1449. Quotes are due by noon, Wednesday, December 21st EST Proposal via email will be accepted. Please forward your quote to Margaux.G.Nenichka@usda.gov.
In this acquisition, the Government will obtain best value by using the Lowest price technically acceptable source selection process defined at FAR 15.101‐2; i.e., The lowest price technically acceptable source selection process is appropriate when best value is expected to result from selection of the technically acceptable proposal with the lowest evaluated price.
