Description

The general scope of work includes planting 66 trees in a mitigation effort near the Council Bluffs levee. The trees will be planted on the river side of the levee at a site accessible by roads. The requirements include removing dead trees and providing, planting, staking, guying and installation of no less than 66 trees. Trees need to be maintained and watered through the plant establishment period and guaranteed for 1 year. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this PWS.
