The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS codes 339113 - Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing.
The Central Iowa VA Health Care System at Des Moines, IA is seeking a Contractor to provide surgical (hernia) mesh of various sizes that are manufactured by BARD and BG Medical.
Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.
