Bid Questions
Question How long do these setups need to remain in place?
Does the University have an agenda/itinerary/order that the layouts need to be set up? (i.e. 1st Melrose/Emerald, then Melrose/Sunset; or multiple setups at the same time?)
Does the University require that a Traffic Control Specialist (TCS) remain on site from start (setup) to finish (pickup)?
Answer

The setups will remain in place until traffic slows down, which varies from 90 minutes to 2 hours following events. The University does not require a TCS. As far as agenda, all setups need to be in place post event so there will need to be multiple setups at the same time.

Question At what time do the traffic layouts need to be set up? (immediately after the event starts, 1 hour after the event starts, after halftime, etc.?)

Is there any pre-event setups or is this only post-event?
Answer

The post-event setup begins during the game, typically following the start of the second half. Pre-event set up is done by University Parking and Transportation.
