Overview:
DOT is seeking a General Contractor for the renovation and remodeling of the 800 Lincoln Way Envelope an HVAC Replacement project of construction of the following: ALTERATION OF THE BUILDING ENVELOPE, HVAC SYSTEM, AND CONSTRUCTION OF CONFERENCE ROOMS, RESTROOMS, AND INTERIOR FINISHES
as per plans and specifications.
This includes both interior and exterior of the building, conference rooms, restrooms, office space will be an open office concept. · Plumbing: Replace existing system with new construction. · HVAC: Replace existing system with new construction. · Electrical Power and Lighting: Alter existing and add new construction. · Fire Suppression Sprinklers: Add new construction. · Fire Alarm: Replace existing system with new construction. · Security System: Replace existing system with new construction The bulleted alteration indicated above are in the drawings found under the attachment tab of the solicitation.
