The Iowa DOT is
seeking a bidder to provide a system application for a automated driver license knowledge testing system(ADKTS) to administer and score commercial and non-commercial knowledge tests.
Only one option will be awarded.
Responders are to open each Tab of this proposal in Ion Wave from left to right when submitting responses to insure all requirements are seen.
Response can be multiple labeled document attachments or a single master document (preferred) as long as the document is electronically searchable and material is clearly labeled in a table of contents.
Communications:
All questions must be directed solely to the purchasing agent listed in the bid opportunity. Inquiries must be submitted within the Ion Wave system. Written, phoned, or faxed bids can be accepted only if responder does not have the means to submit electronically. Responders must contact the agent assigned to the bid opportunity. In all cases, written communication will take precedence over verbal communication.
Contract
The Contractor will be awarded a t
hree (3) year contract with an option to renew for one (1) additional renewal in three (3) year increment.
