Bid Questions
Question Can you please clarify approximately how many VAPG recipients/locations will require filming. "There will be approximately forty-eight (48) VAPG videos or 16 per site (see bullet 3)." This line reads like 3 recipients/locations, use footage to create 16 separate videos. I'm fairly certain that is not the case since there is more than 3 states listed in bullet #3. In other places it sounds like there will be 16 recipients/locations, footage to be used in 3 separate videos totaling 48. Then in the phase section it reads like 48 recipient/locations, split into 3 phases. Appreciate any insight you can provide, total filming time will greatly depend the number of locations/recipients that will be filmed.
Answer

  • There are 48 different videos, we anticipate 24 different grantees to be visited in total (with each grantee having two different videos, one that is shorter and one video longer).

  • There will be three different regions visited- (filming location may include multiple areas within one geographic region); for example California; New Mexico and Arizona; and Tennessee and Kentucky are suggested regions; and we anticipate around 8 VAPG grantees visited per travel site, but this doesn’t need to include 16 different individuals.

Question 1. Is there any need for voiceover for these videos?

2. If so, what is the usage? On a website, social media, etc?

3. How many shoot days does your team anticipate per location?
Answer

  • Voiceover should be from the interview itself, there should not be a need for additional voiceover.

  • The videos will be placed on the AgMRC website.

  • The contracted team will determine the shoot days based on their budgeted time.
