Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) is soliciting information from qualified Suppliers to provide a surface metrology system for both contact and non-contact surface measurement and characterization of samples. The system will be used by scientists in different fields, but principally by investigators from Material Science and Engineering (MSE) for the topographic analysis of non-biological samples in strictly controlled environments and requiring high speed data acquisition .
