Question	Can you expand on the expected integration between a map and ISU Emergency Alert System (Rave)? An example use case would be helpful to ensure we answer the question properly.
Answer	Possible use cases include overriding display content with alerts issued via the RAVE platform for severe weather, active aggressor situation, fire etc.

Question	Do you already have interactive touchscreens installed? If so, which vendor is providing the touchscreens and do they have the ability to load a browser?
Answer	No existing interactive touchscreens currently installed.

Answer	Ability for attendees of events to view an event schedule from Accruent EMS and get specific directions to the room where their event is located

Question	Do you have an idea of how many screens you are looking to provide software for? Or are you looking for a single software platform (Building License) with content development coming after the solution is chosen? Furthermore how many different types of content will be used? Ads, Directory, Directional, Interactive,Menu, Etc. Also,
Answer	We would like the user to be able to use their smartphone for the experience with no login or account creation requirement. We do intend to have 4 displays at key entrances initially where they could approach and find their destination and would potentially add more down the road. We would prefer to purchase the displays/kiosk hardware through current University contracts, but if you offer this hardware directly or there are additional license costs per kiosk please include in your "Response Attachment - Quote" file.

Question	Is the University planning to expand the "wayfinding" experience across campus, allowing students, staff and visitors to easily find a point of interest and get directions across the campus?
Answer	At this time, this project is focused on the Memorial Union location.

Question	Is the University planning to migrate to a "blue dot" experience for their users? This allows the user to see exactly where they are on the campus or in a building and provides dynamic turn by turn directions via their mobile device.
Answer	Unknown at this time, open to this option. Pricing for this can be clearly labeled and included in the "Response Attachment - Quote" requirement.
