The City of Davenport’s investment portfolio is currently managed in spreadsheets. The City’s goal is to leverage investment software designed around best practices allowing the City to streamline and improve processes that result in timely, accurate, and easy-to-access information. The City is also interested in pursuing new opportunities for improving the investment process. Two licenses will be needed initially, with the ability to increase as needed.

Vendors must login to the e-bidding system in order to submit a bid. Each tab must be reviewed and responded to accordingly. No other methods of bids will be accepted. They must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system; no emails, no faxes, no paper copies or any other method will be accepted.
