The City of Davenport is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the reconstruction of North Clark Street from W 11th Street to W 13th Street including about 1/2 block west of North Clark on 13th Street. This project is being done in coordination with an associated Iowa American Water water main replacement in the same area. The work includes reconstruction of the existing intersection pavement and improvements to the associated ADA ramps within the project area. Work will be directed by the City Engineer or their representative and will continue until budgeted funds are exhausted. The project may also include replacement of adjacent curb or driveway as necessary to properly improve the street.
