Notes	This project is located along the alley west of Kelling Street, north of West Central Park Avenue. The proposed improvements include, but are not limited to, the furnishing of all labor for the removal of the PCC alley and roadway for the length of the project, full depth aggregate stone base material, geo fabric / grid materials if needed, reconstruction of the alley and roadway with a PCC rigid pavement section, reset all existing utility surface features to finish grade, replacement of the adjacent driveway approaches, reconstruction of sidewalk, topsoil and seeding, and erosion control.
