This package is for the CDBG Application for Sub-recipients for the City of Davenport. You must be logged in as a supplier to submit your application. You will need to complete and attach several clearly labeled documents. Go to: https://davenport.ionwave.net and click on Supplier Registration. This is a one-time registration, so if you registered last year, you are still in the system. This is not difficult, but it does take a little time. Once you are registered, you can work on completing the paperwork and attaching each item. The system will save your work, so do not wait until the last minute. The system does not allow late submittals. It will lock you out when the due date and due time arrive.
