The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified firms for the City of Davenport, Iowa (hereafter referred to as “City”) to provide a security solution for the Davenport Police Department parking ramp located at 416 N Harrison Street. The requested solution will be installed at or near the entrance to the existing parking ramp on the corner of Ripley and 5 ^th Streets and will restrict both vehicle and pedestrian traffic from accessing the parking area.

Vendors must log in to the eBidding system in order to submit a proposal. No other methods of bids will be accepted. They must be submitted through the City of Davenport eBidding System; no emails, no faxes, no paper copies or any other method will be accepted.
