Notes	The Cities of Davenport and Bettendorf, Iowa (the “Cities”) desire to jointly procure a Computer Aided Dispatching (CAD)/Automatic Vehicle Locator (AVL) system that will provide real-time information and dispatching services that integrate between the two different agencies. The requested system will be installed on two separate fleets. Vendors must log in to the eBidding system in order to submit a bid. Each tab must be reviewed and responded to accordingly. No other methods of bids will be accepted. They must be submitted through the City of Davenport eBidding System; no emails, no faxes, no paper copies or any other method will be accepted.
