recommend. To schedule a site visit please email jody.mcnaughton@iowadot.us with the date and time would like to visit. We do encourage you to set these up 24 hours in advance of the date/time you want to visit so Jody can coordinate with the DOT Garage. Any questions that arise during the site visit are to be emailed to Jody McNaughton or submitted under the questions tab in the solicitation as this is the preferred method.
Until the contract is awarded the sole point of contact for this project is Jody McNaughton (see bid contact information) any and all questions related to this project are to be submitted to Jody McNaughton through the IONwave Bid system. (See the cut off period for questions).
Award: It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule.
