Over view:
The project consists of removing existing EPDM roof membrane and insulation, including downspouts and collector heads as noted on the plans and replacing with new vapor barrier, insulation, cover board and EPDM membrane, downspouts and collector heads.
Contractor to be a licensed roofer in the state of Iowa.
DOT Estimated Start Date: To be coordinated with project manager once notice to proceed email has been issued.
