Over view:
Provide and install power openers at locations identified for entry and exits including electrical connection to all doors affected. Push buttons will be planned for framed walls or on to storefront metal framing, pedestal mount required at Ottumwa location.
Estimated Start Date: Project to start upon award - once notice to proceed email has been issued.
Estimated Completion Date: February 1, 2023
Warranty:
Contractor to provide standard manufacturer's warranty on product and 1 year warranty on parts and labor.
Contractor to be a licensed electrician in Iowa.
Davis-Bacon wages do not apply.

Award: It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule.
Award will be made by individual line or combination of lines.
