The Iowa DOT is seeking a qualified licensed Plumbing Contractor to provide and install a second well pressure tank in the well system at the Missouri Valley DOT Maintenance Garage per the attached specifications, plan, and drawing. Installation is to be completed during normal business hours 7:00 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. M-F. This includes demo and all materials and debris to be disposed of off site. Contractor to include product warranty information, manual, start up and training to DOT project manager prior to DOT final acceptance.
Project Timeline:
Project to begin as soon as possible upon award with completion on or before August 1, 2023.
Start and completion dates listed in this solicitation are desired dates. Bidders are welcome to propose other reasonable dates for DOT consideration based on but not limited to; lead time for materials, beginning or ends of seasonal periods, coordination and availability of subcontractors.

It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule.
