We highly recommend online submission of responses. This expedites the process and reduces errors for both buyer and supplier.

Vendors are asked to provide detailed information on the products they would recommend to the DOT for this RFI. Specification sheets with manufacturer literature including pictures need to be submitted with vendors RFI response. Vendor's RFI Response can be uploaded on the "Response Attachments" Tab of this RFI.

In-person product demonstrations could be asked for after initial evaluation of RFI responses.
