It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule.
Contractor to provide and install approximately 240' of 8" PVC storm line pipe and fittings tying in the 2 west side downspouts at ground level on the west side of the Repair shop per the attached scope of work. Work to be done during regular days and hours Monday - Friday 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM (CST).
All work to be coordinated with DOT to phase work due to a separate contract for concrete replacement at the Repair Shop which is scheduled for similar timing.

This is project is exempt from state sales tax.
