Overview: DOT is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all equipment, materials and labor needed to clean and prepare roof area per manufacturer requirements to recover entire membrane of dome at the LeMars DOT Maintenance Facility. Work to also include preparing existing roof surface and disposing of all debris offsite. Reference photos and membrane specifications in the attachment section of the proposal.

This is project is exempt from state sales tax.
It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule.
