Over view:
Owner to remove and replace contents of rooms. Contractor to provide product data for approval prior to installation.
1. Remove Existing floor tile and remove from site.
2. Grind floor smooth and repair defects to smooth surface.
3.Test for moisture and Prime per manufacturers Specifications.
4. Install new Polyaspartic floor system with owners choice from standard chip selection. Top coat per manufacturers specifications.
5. Provide owner with product info and warranty information.
6. Provide 1 year written repair/replace warranty from contractor.

This is project is exempt from state sales tax.
It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule.
Until the contract is awarded the sole point of contact for this project is Steve Henry (see bid contract information) any and all questions related to this project included during a site visit are to be submitted to Steve Henry in writing preferably through the ION wave Bid system. (See the cut off period for question submissions and Site Visit scheduling indicated below)

with a date and time of when you want a site visit.
Contractors will be required to bring their own equipment needed for the site visit.
Site visits will be scheduled in advance between March 13, 2023
and March 23, 2023 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
