Description of Work:
The project includes replacement of the Willow Creek trail including approximately 5,400 square yards of PCC trail and sidewalk construction, utility adjustments, pedestrian curb ramp construction, approximately 215 square yards of PCC street replacement and associated landscape restoration. The Project is located in and adjacent to Willow Creek Park in Iowa City, Iowa.

Substantial Completion Date: September 30, 2023
Final Completion: Within 30 calendar days from the start of substantial completion
Liquidated Damages: $1,000 per calendar day
Site One Substantial Completion: 42 calendar days with liquidated damages of $1,000 per calendar day.
Site Two Substantial Completion: 42 calendar days with liquidated damages of $1,000 per calendar day.
Site Three Substantial Completion: 42 calendar days with liquidated damages of $1,000 per calendar day.
