The City of Iowa City is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to provide:
Custom Manhole Covers for the Wastewater Division
T
he City of Iowa City is soliciting sealed bids from qualified companies to enter into a contract for the supply and delivery of custom manhole covers for the City of Iowa City’s Wastewater Division per the terms, conditions, and specifications of the Request for Bid document. The initial order will consist of fifty (50) sanitary sewer sets, twenty-five (25) storm sewer sets, and twenty (20) reversible low profile castings. All lids are to be non-rocking (gasketed). Each set shall consist of a lid and a frame and meet the attached specifications and drawings included in this document.
Bid proposals must be submitted online via Ion Wave. Faxed, emailed and hard copies of bid proposals will not be accepted.
Questions: All questions and clarifications regarding this Request for Bid will be accepted until January 12, 2023, noon (CST) by submitting your questions through Ion Wave. All questions must be in writing in order to receive a response.
