This project consists of removing the existing asphalt roadways and parking lots and constructing new Portland Cement Concrete roadways and parking lots, replacing 6 sanitary sewer manholes, adjusting the rim on 1 sanitary sewer manhole, replacing 1 intake and 2 culverts, installing 1 new intake and culvert and inspecting the condition on 2 intakes at Backbone State Park in Delaware County, Iowa.
