The State of Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is seeking professional design
services for the removal and replacement of existing EPDM roofing on the (7) upper roofs to
include the removal and replacement of the EPDM gutters and EPDM Roofs of approximately
(60) dormers on the Reynolds Building located at the Independence Mental Health Institution
(IMHI) 2277 Iowa Ave, Independence, IA 50644.
